Soho Loft

A full renovation of a 2,100 SF two-bedroom loft in SoHo. Desai Murray Architects served as architect of record, managing everything beyond the finishes — permitting, filing, MEP coordination, construction administration, and final sign-offs.

Working closely with Workstead's design team, we translated their interior vision into a permitted, coordinated, and buildable project. Our scope covered the full consultant team including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, and we stayed on through construction to closeout
